The new NVS Orange hybrid features the same constant taper design to a smooth and stable feel shot after shot. The next generation NVS also incorporates Aldila’s NexGen Micro Laminate Technology® (MLT). This uses more than 20 layers of ultrathin, aerospace-grade prepreg, that eliminate unwanted gaps and “dead zones” that can occur during the manufacturing process. MLT enhances feel and reduces inconsistent shots caused by shaft variability.
Aldila’s NexGen Micro Laminate Technology® (MLT) utilises ultra-thin layers of premium aerospace-grade materials. Shafts with MLT use up to twice as many prepreg plies as alternative shafts. This produces a stable, solid laminate and a shaft void of “dead zones”. This design revolution eliminates inconsistent shots caused by shaft variability, while enhancing feel.

I was intending to buy a hybrid 5 iron as I'd been struggling a little to get some height on my existing steel shaft. My pro suggested that I simply swap the steel for this particular shaft, and WOW, what a difference! Not only is the ball going further (190yds), it is carrying a further and landing softer. In time, I may well replace all my steel shafts with this shaft. Superb. Would highly recommend it and the service was great from these guys too!
