Just used the kit to fit 6 new grips. Instruction brochure is good as is the entire kit.

First time i have used this kit and found it was easy to use and have got plenty of the fluid left for next time as I used a new paint tray to catch the activating fluid and then poured it back into the bottle. On a personal note next time I change my grips I will buy another rubber vice grip so use 2 rubber grips so the club is held firmer in my workmate. (One by the grip and one by the club head).

Sceptical about re gripping my clubs but having the kit and instructions gave me confidence. Refitted all my clubs in a couple of hours. No need to have costly re grips at my club when I can now do it myself.

Pre-cut tape with easy to peel edges makes the job quicker. Solvent and spray very effective with minimal wastage.

Easy to apply (even without a vice). The hardest part of the whole process is actually taking off the old tape completely. So you may want to buy the specialist, rounded tool for that. Otherwise I found a flat chisel was ok, but took longer/was more hard work.

Last re gripped clubs over 20 years ago. So easy now. You do need a hook blade Stanley knife to safely remove the old grip. I poured the solvent into the new grip, covering the ends, shook it and then poured it over the tape with a bowl to catch the residue to use again rather than use the spray nozel on the bottle. Easy then to fit the new grip. The rubber vice fitting works well. Nice to do it yourself.
