Can I still order on your website?

Yes, you can still order online via our website for delivery.

 

Are you still shipping orders?

Yes, currently all our usual couriers and delivery partners are collecting orders.

 

Are you still shipping orders internationally?

Yes, currently all our usual couriers and delivery partners are collecting and delivering international orders. We have been advised that there may be slight delays to certain countries due to reduced workforce, limitations on movement etc.

If delivery speed is important, please contact us for more information about specific countries & delivery times.

 

Can I collect my order?

In order to protect staff and customers we are not accepting any orders for customer collection. All orders must be placed via the website for delivery via our courier partners.

 

Can I visit you to view products?

Until further notice we will not allow any visits to the premises by customers. This is to protect staff and customers. If you need any help or advice please contact us via live chat, email or telephone and we will be happy to assist you.

 

I have bought something that I want to return?

Please contact us to let us know you wish to return. If you are able to safely return the parcel to us, please do so. However, if you are not able to return an order to us safely, due to self-isolation or social distancing etc please do not worry. Please contact us to discuss this - your health & safety comes first and we are happy to be flexible with returns.
